ScaleModelersHub respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below to request removal.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

Your name and contact information (email or postal address).
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
The URL(s) of the specific content on our site that you claim infringes your copyright.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your electronic or physical signature.

Response Time

We aim to respond to valid takedown requests within 5 business days. Content that is the subject of a valid notice will be removed or disabled while we investigate.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] explaining why the removal was in error.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
